SPECIAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
WEDNESDAY MAY 5, 2010
MINUTES
HOMEOWNERS COMMENTS: A homeowner in LaLique complained that some children have been jumping over his fence from the street and cutting through his lawn. He asked that the Association look into it.
CALL TO ORDER: President Barbara Lentini called the meeting to order at 7:08 P.M.
ROLL CALL: Present were Barbara Lentini, Gary Walk, Bryan Schiesl, Ann Abramow, Wendy Cullen, Marco Gallo and Jerry Simon. Also present was Toby Taks, Property Manager.
OLD BUSINESS:
Montion by Jerry Simon to approve the contract submitted by Seacrest to relocate the irrigation pump was seconded by Wendy Cullen and adopted unanimously.
Since there were only two actual landscaping proposals and an additional landscaping design proposal fromn the Gentile Landscaping Architectural Group that was not considered a true proposal, the Board directed that at least one more landscaping proposal be secured.
Motion by Gary Walk to adjourn the meeting at 8:00 P.M. was seconded by Ann Abramow.
