MANAGER’S REPORT

LANDSCAPING: Work has commenced on the landscaping project at the entrance. All underground utility wires, water pipes and sprinkler heads have been identified. The crew was in to remove the old vegetation and installation will begin the week of June 21st. Eddie fertilized all the trees and shrubs in the common areas. The turf looks good throughout the common areas and Seacrest have been working on our weed issues. Tree trimming is in the process of being scheduled.
IRRIGATION: The irrigation pump and new pipeline from the lake were successfully installed. Water pressure is excellent. Our turf looks better than ever and there is no burning. Seacrest irrigation is making some adjustments to the zones and sprinkler heads. There remains some clean up from the process which Seacrest is addressing.
MAINTENANCE: All tasks on regular maintenance are performed according to schedule. Eddie is commencing work on rehabbing the tot lot. Several coping bricks around the swimming pool are quite loose and require removal, thin set, grout and caulking. The repair will commence on June 21st for 2-3 days and the pool will be closed during that time. The cost is approximately $1500.00. When Seacrest installed the landscaping in LaLique, 2 blocks of concrete were cracked by their truck when unloading top soil. Seacrest is making the repair.
ADMINISTRATIVE: Procured new proposals for tree trimming for Waterford, St. Tropez and HOA. Met with Seacrest Utility technician regarding water lines near the landscaping installation. There were no problems. Prepared for HOA Board meeting.
